The summer is suddenly fizzling out, and so it’s back to school for PICTISH TRAIL and LAURA. There’s a run through of PICTISH TRAIL’s TOP 5 MOMENTS OF GREEN MAN FESTIVAL, which - surprise surprise - are mostly about his own performances. There’s some daft chat about Little Boots, Hot Shots Part Deux, and a very special cameo for the regular PostMap Club spiel. On top of all this, there's a taste of brand new music from MARANTA and ALEXIA AVINA, as well as some gig news and album tracks from SUSAN BEAR and DELIFINGER.

Our third series of our artist residency programme, VISITATIONS, continues with a release from London-based electronic maestros, MAKENESS, the project of London-based producer and performer Kyle Molleson and friends. Kyle journeyed up to the Isle of Eigg in February 2022, accompanied by his bandmate Gus Beamish-Cook, where they spent a week in St Franny’s Bothan writing and recording brand new material - which PostMap Club members can listen to, exclusively, in full. In this episode of the podcast, we caught up with Kyle and Gus at their local skate park, where they talk us through their life in music, and the experience they had recording on the island, featuring clips of the truly banging tracks they made together.
