Tuff Love's ear-thrilling sophomore release, DROSS E.P., is out on Lost Map Records on February 9th 2015. To celebrate, we're throwing a launch party down at Nice'n'Sleazy's in Glasgow on Friday February 6th.
In addition to Tuff Love playing live, the band have invited Min Diesel - from Aberdeen's Cool Your Jets label - and Phillip from PAWS, who will be doing a solo set. Here's Suse from Tuff Love with some words about their choice of support acts ...
MIN DIESEL
"We played with Min Diesel in Aberdeen on our November tour. They put the gig on and were so chill and nice and then we saw them play and it was amaze, like DINOSAUR JR. Guitar bass interplay was mega. It was a busy show and there wasn't loads of room to move about but when Min Diesel played I shut my eyes and relaxed cos it was so good. Can't wait to see these guys live again!"
PHILLIP TAYLOR (PAWS)
"We gave Phillip paws the junk e.p on CD-R in 2013, when we met it him at a gig. I remember when I heard paws and jellyfish for the first time and I was like, "whuuuuut!" They were really cool and asked us to play their album launch at the art school so we wanted to get them to do ours!"
Tickets cost just £6 in advance, and will be £8 on the door. You can purchase tickets from the Lost Map website, by clicking the box to the right. In the new year, tickets will also be made available through Love Music and Monorail in Glasgow, as well as via WeGotTickets.
