Here at Lost Map people are always complimenting us on our tight little packages, and we haven't really known what they've meant by that until now that we've put together Resort, the debut compilation album by Tuff Love, which is surely the definition of a tight little package. Bringing together on one disc all three of the band's critically-acclaimed 10" coloured vinyl EPs to date - Junk, Dross (both now sold-out and digitally-deleted) and Dregs (available here) - in chronological order, it's like a handy short history of the Tuffs to date, from mere pups to top dawgs.
Resort will be released on CD, LP and through all digital channels on January 29, 2016 ... and will be available to pre-order from the beginning of next year. If you'd like a wee taster before that, there's a snappy new track taken from Resort and Dregs called 'Crocodile' available to stream here right now. Plus there's hunners o' vintage digital stuffs to recap on and enjoy, from the videos for 'Sweet Discontent', 'Flamingo', 'Slammer' and 'Duke' to an audio stream of 'Carbon'. We've got all misty-eyed and nostalgic searching back through all of that so we have. Look how they've grown! Come pinch Tuff Love's cherubic cheeks (not like that) when they play La Mécanique Ondulatoire in Paris on Monday Decmeber 14th (tickets here).
