It's been a busy 2014 for Tuff Love. Following the release of their debut, Junk E.P., in May - on dazzling 10” white vinyl - the band embarked on tours of the UK and mainland-Europe, gigging with Pictish Trail, Real Estate, Perfect Pussy, Joanna Gruesome, Honeyblood, and PAWS ... not to mention enjoying an endless summer of festivals, with performances at Glastonbury, T in the Park, Wickerman, Coconut Festival (France), Howlin' Fling, Cloudspotting and Long Division.

But that doesn't mean they've been too busy to write and record new tunes ... and we are chuffed to bits to announce that the band's sophomore release - Dross E.P. - is due to come out on February 9th 2015, on 10" pink vinyl via Lost Map. HOORAAAAY. Feburary is AAAAGES away though, so ahead of all that, there's a single taken from the E.P. - 'Slammer' - which premiered over at DIY Magazine earlier on today, and is being released on November 24th. 'Slammer' is another hyper-infectious, scuzzed-up, lo-fi pop classic in the making - all heart-wrenching harmonies, swoon-inducing lyrics, and sun-soaked dreamy melodies.

The band are playing at our Hallowe'en Party in Edinburgh tomorrow night, before heading out for a few headline shows in November ...
